Harsher Singh Sidhu
Harsher Singh Sidhu is a dually licensed lawyer in Ontario and British Columbia whose practice is dedicated exclusively to immigration litigation and refugee law. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of British Columbia and represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Federal Court, and other immigration decision-making bodies.
Throughout his career, Harsher has represented individuals from more than 100 countries in a wide range of complex immigration matters, including refugee claims, Federal Court judicial reviews, appeals, admissibility proceedings, Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (PRRA), and humanitarian and compassionate applications. His practice frequently involves cases raising novel legal issues, extensive evidentiary records, and high-stakes consequences for clients and their families.
Known for his meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy, Harsher approaches every file with careful attention to detail and a practical understanding of Canada's immigration and refugee law framework. Tamanna Bhara
Tamanna Bhara is a third-year student at the University of Toronto pursuing a double major in Critical Studies in Equity and Solidarity and Industrial Relations & Human Resources. As an aspiring lawyer, she has a strong interest in immigration, family, labour, and employment law, with a particular passion for understanding how legal systems shape the lives of individuals, families, and workplaces while promoting fairness, advocacy, and access to justice.
As a Co-op Student at Titanium Law, Tamanna supports the firm's legal team while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional legal environment that is committed to exceptional client service, strong advocacy, and meaningful community impact. Through this experience, she continues to develop practical legal skills and deepen her understanding of the Canadian legal system.
Prior to joining Titanium Law, Tamanna worked in administrative and client-facing roles, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. She is also an active member of the University of Toronto Law, Labour & Economics Club, regularly engaging in discussions on legal issues, workplace relations, and the intersection of law and public policy.
Passionate about continuous learning, Tamanna is committed to expanding her legal knowledge through practical experience, mentorship, and active involvement in the legal community as she works toward a future career in law.

Parminder Pannu
Parminder Pannu is a third-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at Kingston University, England, where he has consistently achieved First Class Honours throughout his legal studies. His academic success reflects his dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence. During his first year of law school, Parminder actively participated in moot court competitions, further strengthening his advocacy, legal research, and oral advocacy skills.
As a Co-op Student at Titanium Law, Parminder works alongside the firm's legal team, gaining practical experience in a dynamic legal environment while expanding his understanding of Canadian legal practice. He is particularly interested in criminal law and is committed to developing the practical skills and professional experience necessary for a successful legal career.
Beyond his academic achievements, Parminder is an accomplished athlete and a member of Team Canada's National Boxing Team. He is a three-time Canadian National Champion, three-time International Gold Medalist, and is currently ranked #1 in Canada in the 75 kg division. His success in both law and elite sport reflects the discipline, resilience, and determination he brings to every challenge.
Parminder is passionate about continuing his professional development through hands-on legal experience while balancing his legal education with his athletic career as he prepares to transition into professional boxing.

Moose is the heart of Titanium Law. While the lawyers handle the legal arguments, Moose focuses on the people behind every case. His daily responsibilities include welcoming clients with a wagging tail, reducing stress before difficult meetings, reminding the team to take well-deserved breaks, and ensuring that no one leaves the office without a smile.
With extensive experience in nap supervision, treat negotiations, and morale management, Moose has never missed a deadline for belly rubs. His judgment is based entirely on kindness, and he firmly believes that every client deserves compassion, patience, and hope.
When he's not conducting office inspections or monitoring snack compliance, Moose can usually be found greeting visitors, offering silent encouragement during long workdays, or making sure everyone remembers that even the toughest legal battles are easier with a loyal friend by your side.
