My name is Harsher Singh Sidhu and I'm a dually licensed immigration lawyer, practicing in Ontario and British Columbia. I earned my Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of British Columbia in 2018. After completing the Professional Legal Training Course (PLTC) on my first attempt, I was called to the Bar in British Columbia in October 2020, and later to the Ontario Bar.
I've dedicated my career to immigration litigation, and over the years, I've had the privilege of representing clients from more than 100 countries. That global perspective has deeply shaped my practice. I approach each case with cultural sensitivity, strategic focus, and a strong commitment to justice.
I'm often brought in by leading immigration law firms across Canada to act as a litigation counsel on complex, high-stakes matters.
My approach is client-centered, meticulous, and tenacious. Whether I'm preparing for a judicial review, representing someone at an admissibility hearing, or arguing an appeal before the Immigration and Refugee Board, I always strive to deliver the highest standard of advocacy. I take pride in earning the trust of my clients and peers through consistency, clarity, and dedication.
